As I mentioned, I’m interested in encouraging energy saving behaviour / attitude change… through a combination of real time data, basic information and super-simple procedures.

A lot of what you described going through I have also experienced with government departments, the cabinet office, power station operators, utility companies, and other semi-soulless institutions.
